Reject Knowledge Article

Overview

1. Open Article.
2. Click Reject.
3. In the Reject Article dialog window.
   1. Select the Notify <owner name> (Owner) check box.
   2. In the Comments field enter a succinct reason for why the article was rejected, and an overview of what needs to be done to improve the article for publication.
   3. Click Save.
