Overview
The Cisco Jabber software has several controls that are displayed when making a call. Some controls are only available at certain times (e.g. the Share Screen control is not available in an audio-only call).
If during the course of a call you need to enter some numbers (e.g. dial an extension), click the Keypad button. A keypad will be displayed within the call where you can entered the required number(s).
If during the course of a call you need to transfer, hold, or merge calls click the More button. A pop-up window will be displayed with
