How do I utilize these services?

IT Services Service Center

The UAA IT Services Technical Support Center is staffed 5 days a week by professional technicians. The technicians can assist you with login credentials, software understanding, technical requests, and general questions about technology.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 6 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM - 2 PM

The Service Center is closed on all UAA Holidays.

Interactive Desktop Support

Students and Employees (Staff/Faculty)

A LogMeIn Rescue remote session will allow a Service Center technician to login to your computer remotely. The technician can then see your workstation and assist you will making any necessary changes to help you increase your productivity.

UAA IT Services maintains a knowledge base of various articles, tutorials, and how-to's. You can also visit the self-service portal and service catalog to submit tickets online and receive assistance from IT Services regarding multiple computing support options.
