Overview
The Library Open Computer Lab is located on the first floor of the Consortium Library, room 105. (This is the building on the East part of campus with the interesting blue sculpture and parking garage in the West SSB parking lot, off of UAA Drive.) (view Campus Map)
The facility has both Macintosh & Windows workstations with high-speed Internet access for email, University website access, and Internet access for research, news, and general use. The facility contains common software applications used for word processing, spreadsheets, publishing, and presentations. The facility is open to current University of Alaska Anchorage students, faculty, and staff. Patrons should carry a current UAA ID card with them, as this may be requested by the IT Services or Library staff to verify the current status.
Note
An active student, staff, or faculty role is required to access the computers.
