How do I use this technology?

Access Google Forms

  1. Open a web browser and go to G Suite @ UA.
  2. Login with your UA Username & password.

  3. In the upper right corner click the Google Apps button.

  4. From the Google Apps menu click Forms, you may need to scroll down before you see the icon.
