*Note- Complete this process on a Friday because it may take up to three days to complete and you may not have access to your email during this time period.
- Log into UAOnline
- Click on 'Personal Information'
- Click on 'UA ID Number and Username'
If you are eligible to regenerate your UA Username there will be additional text giving the details regarding the update and a submit button allowing you to initiate the change.
NOTE: You are eligible to change your UA Username if you have notified your campus human resources office or registrar's office of a legal name change or if your UA Username does not reflect your middle initial or full last name.
