There will be times that a staff member (NR/XR) needs to be set up to do additional work, either for another department or for special project work occurring during their normal off-contract period. These guidelines will give you some important points to use when completing the job form for their assignment. It will not cover all of the information you need to complete a job form, nor will it go over every possible scenario. We will cover only the three most common situations. If you have any questions, or are working on a situation that doesn't match the ones below, please contact the Personnel Team.
