Recorded in the FTE field for adjuncts, the number of prior semesters taught is necessary to determine the minimum salary for union-represented FT ECLS adjuncts.
This tool is intended to support the process and should not be treated as absolute.
How to use the tool:

Go to NER2PSC in Banner and click Go

Enter the employee's ID in the Values column of the Parameter Values block.

To run the report for multiple employees, add additional 01 Employee ID parameters.

Click into the Submission block and click Save. It is highly recommended that you check the box for Save Parameter Set as so the parameters can be reused.

Open the Related menu in the top right corner and select Review Output.

Click the three dots next to File Name, then double-click the file that ends in .lis.
The report will display the FTE value to use and a list of the semesters that were included in the count.
