F9, FN and FR Credit Overloads

This article is to aid you in preparing Credit Overload job forms. An Overload (O/L) is an assignment that occurs during the academic year. These are classes taught in addition to the faculty's workload. F9s, FNs, and FRs are the E-classes that can have O/L's. O/L's can be for credit or non-credit. A "credit equivalency" is the same as non-credit.

The following information is for Credit Overloads:

  • ECLS: F9
  • PCN: 987010
  • PC: 2110
  • ACCT CODE: 1611
  • JOB TITLE: FACULTY Overload (Credit)
  • GRADE:00_BW
  • STEP: 0
  • EARNING CODE: 200
  • HOURS/UNITS: Number of Credits
