When a temporary employee triggers a Service Expiration Date by working 750 hours in the prior 12 months, a series of emails will be sent out to the HR Coordinator and Supervisor over the following year reminding them of the upcoming Service Expiration Date. The Service Expiration Date is equal to 12 months from the pay period in which the employee reached the 750 hour threshold.
