Cisco Jabber is a unified communications application that provides instant messaging, voice/video calls, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing on Android, macOS, Windows, and iOS devices.
Available To
UA OIT Networking & Telecommunications configures Jabber for UA and UAF employees.
Installation/Availability
Users are provided with an installer and installation instructions from OIT upon account creation. Jabber enrollment requests can be made using the Data and Communications Request form, and if administrator permissions are needed for installation, can be provided in a remote session with the NookTech Service Desk.
