NOTE: All departments are able to pay this vendor using the more consistent BPO method. There are now three Job Elephant Blanket Purchase Orders (BPO’s) that have been set up for each MAU (and the SO), separately.
Below are the BPO’s:
BPE25019 - UAF/SW
BPE25035 - UAA
BPE25037 - UAS
The dollar amount of each individual purchase under this BPO is not to exceed $5,000.00. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UA Procurement & Contract Services. Invoices from Job Elephant should be directed towards your department's fiscal officer or respective fiscal team member, who will then be able to enter payment into Banner using the BPO for your associated university.
