The annual W-2 form is located in UAOnline (linked below). Log in using your UA credentials. Click on Employee Dashboard > Taxes > W-2 Wage and Tax Statement > then select the desired year. W-2 forms are posted electronically and mailed to employees by January 31st for the prior calendar year.
