Overview
Groups provide a simple, scalable way to manage who can access digital sign players and content within the Digital Signage system. By organizing users, devices, and content into clearly defined groups - such as departments, campuses, or administrative units - this allows the university to streamline permissions, reduce administrative overhead, and help ensure the right people control the right screens. This approach also supports consistency, security, and easier coordination across a complex academic environment.
The following groups are currently available for use.

Content intended to be shared across multiple locations and departments. Use of content is at the discretion of sign owners. |

Additional groups are created as need by the Digital Signage Administrators. Sign owners can request new groups by submitting a Digital Signage ticket.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Digital Signage form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
