Overview
Playlists are specific set of content which will play on selected screens in a specific order. These are often used in public-facing areas where the content doesn't change often. Using Categories as part of playlists is a great way to ensure there is always up-to-date and current content showing on the screens.
What materials do I need?
- Internet connectivity
- Authorized access to TrilbyTV system
How do I use this technology?
Relevant text here
- Login to TrilbyTV.
- Click Playlists.
- Click Add Playlist.
- In the Playlist name field enter a name.
- Click the Add to playlist button on the content items you would like to add.
Tip
The same content item can be added more than once.
- Click the Order sidebar to adjust the content display order by drag-and-drop.
- Content can be removed from the playlist by clicking the Remove button.
- When completed, click Save.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Digital Signage form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
