Overview
This article will guide you into signing the Zoom application using your UA Zoom account.
Note
Although the following steps and pictures were written for Google Chrome using a Windows 11 computer, you should be able to follow them on other devices, operating systems, and web browsers. Zoom's Login process is quite similar, sometimes even identical, across multiple platforms.

- Ensure you are signed out of any Zoom accounts in your web browser.
- The easiest way to do this is to clear your browser's data and cache. Below are instructions for common web browsers:
- Ensure you have your UA Zoom account activated.
- Launch the Zoom app.
- Click the Sign In button.
- Click the SSO button.
- Below the Sign In with SSO field, type alaska.
- Click the Continue button.
- This will launch your browser. You may need to sign into your UA Zoom account again.
- A successful sign-in page will appear and Zoom may automatically re-open.
- Alternatively, your browser may ask you to re-open the Zoom app. Accept that prompt. For example, this is what Google Chrome will show:
- To confirm you are logged into your UA Zoom account, click your profile picture on the top-right. You should now see your UA email.
