Overview
The review, and approval process for edits to articles that have already been published works slightly differently than for brand new articles. After all edits have been completed do the following to submit it for review.
- In the Draft Summary field enter a brief summary of the changes made in the the draft.
- Click the Save as Draft button.

A knowledge contributor will review the article for technical accuracy, consistency of formatting, and other elements as documented within the Checklist to Approve Article.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
