Overview
The simplest means to access email accounts that you've been granted delegated access to is through the G Suite web interface
What materials do I need?
- A web browser
- Your UA Username and password
How do I use this technology?
- Login to your Google Workspace @ UA account.
- In the upper right corner click your initial icon.
- From the drop down menu that appears you will see a list of all the accounts you've been delegated access to. Click on the desired account.
- A new tab will appear showing the mail box of the selected account.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime by Requesting Support for the Email service. Support Requests are worked by Priority based on the Impact and Urgency of need as well as the order they are received by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
