Overview

Passwords do not update automatically on computers that are not always connected to the UAA network. This article will cover how to sign into a UAA Device after changing your password through Me.uaa/ELMO.

Sign In Steps

  1. Sign in to the computer with your previous password.
  2. Connect to our VPN using GlobalProtect using your username and current password.
  3. Press the Windows key + L to lock the computer.
  4. Sign in with your current password.
  5. After successful sign in, your computer will be up-to-date with your new password.
