Overview
Passwords do not update automatically on computers that are not always connected to the UAA network. This article will cover how to sign into a UAA Device after changing your password through Me.uaa/ELMO.
Sign In Steps
- Sign in to the computer with your previous password.
- Connect to our VPN using GlobalProtect using your username and current password.
- Press the Windows key + L to lock the computer.
- Sign in with your current password.
- After successful sign in, your computer will be up-to-date with your new password.
