Find Your Academic Transcripts

Overview

UA Academic Transcripts can only be found on UAOnline. You can view an unofficial transcript or order an official transcript.

What materials do I need?

• A device with Internet access
• A web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, etc.
• Your UA username and current password

How do I use this technology?

Find your unofficial transcript

1. Open a web browser.
2. Go to the UAOnline website.
3. Click the Login to UAOnline button
4. Log in using your UA username and current UA password.
5. Once you are logged into the home page of UAOnline, click the Student button at the top of the page.
   
    
6. Scroll down until you find the Student Records text.
   
    
7. Click on the Student Records link.
8. Click on the Academic Transcript link.
   
    
9. It will now ask for Transcript Level and Transcript Type. By default, All Levels and WEB Unofficial Transcript should already be selected.
   
    
10. Click the Submit button.
11. Your unofficial transcript will load.
12. If you would like to save or print this transcript, click the Print button above your transcript.
    
     
13. Your browser should prompt you to save it as a PDF or send the document to print to a printer.

Order an official transcript

1. Open a web browser.
2. Go to the UAOnline website.
3. Click the Login to UAOnline button
4. Log in using your UA username and current UA password.
5. Once you are logged into the home page of UAOnline, click the Student button at the top of the page.
   
    
6. Scroll down until you find the Official Transcript Request Service text.
   
    
7. Click on the Official Transcript Request Service link.
8. Read the text inside the light green box at the top of the page before ordering your transcripts.
9. Once you have read it, click the Order My Transcript button, near the bottom of the page.
   
    
10. This will take you to the Transcript Ordering Service website, which should be self-explanatory from there.

Unable to view or order transcript due to a hold

Clicking the View Unofficial Transcripts or Order Official Transcript text should have automatically taken you to the View Holds page already. If not, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Student button at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down until you see the Student Records text.
3. Click the Student Records link.
4. Click the View Holds link.
5. Any holds in your account will load here. Please contact the listed department on that page about your hold.

Need additional help or have issues

If you encounter issues with the Official Transcript Request Service or have questions regarding your records, please contact the UAA Office of the Registrar via phone at (907) 786-1480 or email them at uaa.records@alaska.edu.

For UA account login support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Support for UA Account form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
