Overview
University of Alaska (UA) Academic Transcripts can only be found on UAOnline. You can view an unofficial transcript or order an official transcript.

What materials do I need?
- A device with Internet access
- A web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, etc.
- Your UA username and current password
- If you cannot recall your UA username or password for UAOnline, please visit our password reset website, me.uaa.alaska.edu.
How do I use this technology?
Find your unofficial transcript
- Open a web browser.
- Go to the UAOnline website, alaska.edu/uaonline.
- In the UAA Students box, click Sign in.
- Log in using your UA username and current UA password.
- Once you are logged into the home page of UAOnline, click the Unofficial Transcript link below your picture.
- It will now ask for Transcript Level and Transcript Type. Select All Levels and WEB Unofficial Transcript, respectively.
- Click the Submit button.
- Your unofficial transcript will load.
- If you would like to save or print this transcript, click the Print button above your transcript on the right of the page.
- Your browser should prompt you to save it as a PDF or send the document to print to a printer.
Order an official transcript
- Open a web browser.
- Go to the UAOnline website, alaska.edu/uaonline.
- In the UAA Students box, click Sign in.
- Log in using your UA username and current UA password.
- Once you are logged into the home page of UAOnline, click the Order Official Transcript link below your picture.
- Read the text inside the light green box at the top of the page before ordering your transcripts.
- Once you have read it, click the Order My Transcript button, near the bottom of the page.
- This will take you to the Transcript Ordering Service website, Parchment, which should be self-explanatory from there.
Unable to view or order transcript due to a hold
Clicking the View Unofficial Transcripts or Order Official Transcript text should have already automatically taken you to the View Holds page. If not, please follow the steps below:
- Click the Browse Menu button at the top left of the page.
- Navigate to Banner > Student > Student Account > View Holds.
- Any holds in your account will load here. Please contact the listed department on that page about your hold.
Need additional help or have issues
If you encounter issues with Parchment (the Transcript Ordering Service) or have questions regarding your records, please contact the UAA Office of the Registrar via phone at (907) 786-1480 or email them at uaa.records@alaska.edu.
For UA account login support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Support for UA Account form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
