Overview
This article will walk you through the steps need to successfully install the Cisco Jabber application on a computer running macOS.
Important
Cisco Jabber can only be installed from the Software Center. If they do not have a UAA-managed device, they will need to have the line forwarded to a personal phone.
What materials do I need?
- Your campus phone line must be configured for Jabber use.
How do I use this technology?
- Open Kandji Self Services in Launchpad
- Install Cisco Jabber.
Next Steps
You can send, and receive telephone calls to your university assigned phone number. You can also check your voice mail.
