This article will show how a University of Alaska (UA) employee can request an Adobe Creative Cloud license using your University Identity.

Important
This is an annual subscription. There is a charge each year. The subscription cost is shown on the Adobe Creative Cloud License page.

How do I use this technology?

  1. Go to Adobe Creative Cloud License in our Service Portal
  2. Click on Request Assistance
    • If prompted, login with your email address and password.
  3. Fill out the form
  4. Click on Submit

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime by Requesting Support for the Adobe Creative Cloud License service. Support Requests are worked by Priority based on the Impact and Urgency of need as well as the order they are received by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.

The Adobe Cloud is where Adobe software can be accessed. License to adobe software via the Adobe Cloud are centrally managed by a University of Alaska system license agreement. Departments can purchase licenses from this agreement for use by Staff, Faculty, and Students, whether for administrative duties, or academic work.
