Overview
Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service utilized by the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) as our Contact Centers. This article provides instructions on how to create a quick connect in UAA's Contact Center, Amazon Connect.

How do I use this technology?
- Log into Amazon Connect
- In Applications, select the Amazon Connect instance.
- Select the Routing (Flow Connect icon) and Select Hours of Operation
- Click Add New Set of Hours
- Enter the Name and Description
- In the Time zone select America/Anchorage
- In the Settings section create hours per day
- Click Save

Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate <Service Form Name with Link> form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
