Overview
The Enterprise Service Management Service Portal(s) can be used to view information on any public project.
How do I use this technology?
- Access any of the UA ESM Service Portals.
- Click Projects.
- Click on project's name.
- The project information visible for public projects will be displayed.
Project Information Visible for Public Projects
The following information is visible on public projects.
- Project Name/Title
- Project ID
- Project Sponsor
- Project Manager, and Alternate Manager(s)
- Project Start and End dates
- Project Status
- Percent complete
- Most recent update comment
- Project Department
- Project Type
- Project Health
- Programs and/or Portfolios that the project is part of
- Project Priority
- Created and Modified Dates
- Custom Attributes that are configured as Client Visible
- Description
- Strategic Objectives
- Organizational Risks, and comments
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
