Overview

Issues are smaller concerns or questions about a project that are noted along the life-cycle of a project. This article will guide project members on how to make changes to an existing issue on a project managed within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.

How do I use this technology?

To edit an issue:

  1. In TDWorkManagement, open the Projects application.
  2. Click the appropriate Project in the left navigation.
  3. From the left sub navigation, click Issues.
  4. Click the Title link of the issue you’d like to edit.
  5. Click the Edit button at the top of the Issue Detail window.
  6. Fill out or change the required and optional fields as desired in the Edit Issue popup window.
  7. Click the Save button at the top of the Edit Issue window.

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
