Body

Overview

Issues are smaller concerns or questions about a project that are noted along the life-cycle of a project. This article will guide project members on how to record time worked on an issue on a project managed within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.

Important
Time should be recorded on a Project Issue during the same week when the work was done, by the project resource (i.e. person) that did the work. If multiple people contributed to accomplishing the work, each person should record their own time in order to ensure all work hours are associated with the correct individual(s).
