Overview
Issues are smaller concerns or questions about a project that are noted along the life-cycle of a project. This article will guide project members on how to move an issue from one project to another on projects managed within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.

How do I use this technology?
To move an issue to a different project:
- In TDWorkManagement, open the Projects application.
- Click the appropriate Project in the left navigation.
- From the left sub navigation, click Issues.
- Click the Title link of the issue you’d like to move.
- The Issue detail window will open.
- Click Actions.
- Click Move.
- In the Move Issue popup window do the following:
- In the Project/Workspace dropdown menu, select the project the issue should be transferred/moved to.
- Optionally, revise the other Issue fields as appropriate.
- Click the Save button.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
