Overview

The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) software TeamDynamix (TDX) email service allows files to be attached to tickets, including Email Monitors used for ticket creation, and Email Replies for replying to notifications. Not all file types are supported, and there is a file size limit

Supported Attachment Types

Not all file types are supported in the TeamDynamix email service. Any email containing attachment(s) with unsupported file types, will have the attachment(s) discard by TDX, and only the email body will be added to the ticket.

Supported Attachment Size

The Email Service will support a maximum attachment file size of ~20MB.

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
