Overview
A project approved through the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) project request process will be visible under the Projects section of the ESM Service Portal; however, approved project request will not show in a customer's client portal if they have not been staffed and converted to a project yet, or because the project has not yet been activated.
What materials do I need?
- Internet access
- A valid University of Alaska (UA) identity
- Access to UA ESM Service portal
- Member of a project, or the project is public.
How do I use this technology?
- Go to the UA ESM Service Portal.
- Login with your UA identity.
- Click on Projects.
- Look through, or search for the desired project.
- Click on the project to display current information on the project.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
