Adjuncts should be paid in full pay periods. The factors equal the total number of pay periods for the assignment.
For temporary faculty credit jobs, this number should correspond to the number of pay periods entered in the last two digits of the employee's Grade (i.e. CR_09 for a 9 factor assignment).
Always use whole factors.
