Factor Reference Sheet

A factor is defined as one pay period (10 business days). In most cases, factors are primarily used by the HR department for running error reports. Factors do not actually determine pay.

Use the Factor Reference Sheet to determine what factors to use when setting up assignments initially, as well as when making changes.
