The updated Job Change Procedures include:
- Descriptions of each job change reason
- Each job change reason lists the employee class (ECLS) for which it may be used
- The default labor account code and default earnings code is listed for each job change reason and ECLS
- A list of additional documents that must be submitted with the job form is listed for each job change reason
- Links to other important documents (i.e. Pooled PCN list) are embedded in the chart.
Please note, this document includes all job change reasons and their explanations, and is 25 pages long, however the document can be searched by the change reason you are looking for.
