How to access an EPAF that has been returned for correction.

EPAFs get returned to departments when changes need to be made or further approvals are required. When they are returned to you, you will need to access the EPAF through UAOnline.

  • Log into UAOnline
  • Click on Employee Services, then Electronic Personnel Action Forms
  • Go to the EPAF Originator Summary

The EPAFs you have had returned should show up in your queue. Click on the name of the employee for the EPAF that you need to update. Then, click on Update once that EPAF Preview opens.

Update any fields that need to be corrected, then scroll down and click Save then click on Submit. If you don't have any changes but need to re-submit the EPAF, you'll still need to click on Update and then Submit.

The EPAF will go back through the routing queue for approval and posting to Banner.
