Adjunct Assignments - Grade

FT Adjuncts
Pay rates follow the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) linked below. Unless paying off scale, the grade is equal to CR_##, where "##" is the number of factors over which the job is to be paid (i.e. CR_09). Adjuncts are always paid in full pay periods.

If you are paying the adjunct off scale, use 00_CV, step 0.
If you are paying the adjunct hourly, use 00_HR step 0. 

FW Adjuncts
FW Adjuncts teaching a credit class: Use the FT Adjunct guidelines above, using CR_##, 00_CV or 00_HR.

FW Adjuncts, non-credit assignments: There is no set pay scale for FW adjuncts, so there are no minimum rates either.

The following can be used as a general guide for paying for FW adjuncts:

• Hours per PP = Biweekly Salary/45

• Biweekly Salary/Hours per PP = Hourly Rate

• Use 00_NC or 00_HR (hourly), Step 0
