Educational Attainment Incentive Program (EAIP)

The Educational Attainment Incentive Program (EAIP) provides an increase in salary once a qualified degree or certificate program is completed. A request for an EAIP salary increase is made by the employee directly to the Compensation team by submitting the appropriate form.
