UAPER2TER Report

In order to track temporary employee hours and service expiration dates, a reporting tool is available for HR Coordinators within Banner. The report uses the most up-to-date information available so you know you’re pulling the current information. Hours worked for temporary assignments (CT/NT/XT) are updated after each payroll run is finalized (typically the Saturday before checks are issued).  Please visit the link below for instructions on using Banner reporting tools to track temporary employee hours and service expiration dates.

Please note, that a temporary employee must stop working and take a continuous nine (9) full pay periods off to achieve a break in service.
