Overview
ImageJ2 is a rewrite of ImageJ for multidimensional image data, with a focus on scientific imaging. Fiji is a standalone version of ImageJ that is built off of ImageJ2, and is the most convenient method of using the program for Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
