The Health Savings Account (HSA) debit card is sent to the employee within 10 days after their eligibility information is sent to Bank of America. It may not be activated until the employee has completed the identification verification process under the Patriot Act.
The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit card is not automatic but must be requested by the employee.
