Basic Life Insurance is provided to all benefit-eligible employees in the amount of $100,000.
Supplemental Life Insurance is available for purchase should you need additional coverage beyond the $100,000 provided by UA. You may also choose to enroll your spouse/FIP and/or your dependent child(ren) under the age of 26.
AD&D is also available for purchase. You can purchase coverage for yourself or yourself and your family.
