MyUA - Training for Inactive Employees

In order to be assigned training within myUA, employees must have an active job in NBAJOBS. They cannot be assigned or take any training within myUA until their assignment is active. The idea is that an employee must be in a paid status before they can take any training required for their position.

If you have an employee that is currently active in NBAJOBS but is not actively working, they can take their training once they return to work. The next time they report for work, plan on giving them time to complete their required training.

Please note that it may take up to 1 business day from the time a job is entered in NBAJOBS before the employee can access myUA.
