Per the L6070 Collective Bargaining Agreement bargaining unit members may be reimbursed up to a specified amount for the cost of safety shoes/boots or for prescription safety lenses. Contact Facilities Services for the reimbursement form. Reimbursement requests are at the supervisor's discretion. For complete details including eligibility, review CBA Article 4.12 Health and Safety.
