The most up-to-date report on training completion can be found in Vista Plus under Human_Resources -> Personnel -> Training : Weekly Training Record Export from MyUA. Vista Plus is accessible by most HR Coordinators (previously known as PPA/CCCs). Please contact your HR Coordinator for more information on this report.
Please note that only benefited employee training records will be visible using the following retrieval method. Supervisors of temporary employees with pooled PCNs do not display correctly in the myUA teams interface, so their training records are also inaccessible through that interface.
To view your direct reports training records within myUA, please use the following step by step instructions:
- In Google Chrome, log in to https://myua.pageuppeople.com using your single sign on credentials.
- In the top navigation ribbon, hover over "My team" and click "Team details".
- For each full time direct report, there will be a line with "I want to..." on the far right side.
- Click "I want to" and select "View details".
- Click "Development and performance"
- Click "View development plan"
- You will be taken to a screen that has tabs for the individual's "In progress" and "Completed" courses.
