Billing Information

A fund and org is required for all tickets that may incur billable charges. Ticket requestors will be contacted for approval for any billable expenses (equipment purchases or labor) prior to expenses being incurred. Only one fund and org can be used per ticket. For cases where more than one fund and org is needed, your department will need to JV the expenses after billing.
