  • UAA-issued computer
  • Connection to the UAA network
  • UA username and password

How do I use this technology?

  1. Log in to your computer with your old password.
  2. If you are off-campus, connect to UAA GlobalProtect VPN first before proceeding.
  3. Hold the Windows key, then press the L key to lock yourself out of the computer:

  4. Log in to your computer again with your new password.
  5. The error message should not appear again.
  6. (Optional) Reboot the computer to ensure the error message does not appear again.
