Overview
Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service utilized by the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) as our Contact Centers. This article provides instructions on how to transfer a call in UAA's Contact Center, Amazon Connect.

How do I use this technology?
- While on the call with the 1st person, click Quick connects
- Dial the 2nd number and click Call
- The 1st person should be on hold while connecting to the 2nd person
- Once 2nd person is connected, click Join
- Click the end call icon

Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate <Service Form Name with Link> form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
