Information on how an App Admin can enable, or disable the use of AI Ticket Summaries for a ticketing application within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.
What materials do I need?
- Internet connectivity
- Web browser
- ESM TDWorkManagement access
- Assigned App Admin role for the ticketing application
How do I use this technology?
Enable AI Ticket Summaries
To turn on AI Ticket Summaries in a ticketing application:
- Access the ESM Ticket App's admin interface.
- Click AI and Automation.
- In the left navigation, click Standard AI Settings.
- Select Enable AI Ticket Summaries.
- Click Save.
Disable AI Ticket Summaries
To turn off AI Ticket Summaries in a ticketing application:
- Access the ESM Ticket App's admin interface.
- Click AI and Automation.
- In the left navigation, click Standard AI Settings.
- Deselect Enable AI Ticket Summaries.
- Click Save.
Security
- Using AI ticket summaries leverages AI which does not store your data or use your data for training new models.
- The data used to generate AI ticket summaries is handled securely just like the rest of your ESM data.

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
