Access Ticket Application Administrative Interface


Within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system Ticketing App administrators have the ability to access the Admin app (TDAdmin) of that ticketing app via the ticketing application itself. Below are instructions on how to access the Admin interface of the Ticketing application.

What materials do I need?

  • Access to ESM TDNext
  • Assigned App Admin role for one or more ticketing applications

How do I use this technology?

  1. Login to UA ESM system.
  2. Access the ticket application
    • If present in the horizontal menu, click the application name (e.g. UAA IT Tickets).

    • If not present in the horizontal menu, do the following:
      1. Click the Application menu.

  3. Click the Settings button.

  4. Click Admin.

    • A new browser window, or tab, will appear with the ESM Ticketing Application Admin window

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime by Requesting Support for the Enterprise Service Management service. Support Requests are worked by Priority based on the Impact and Urgency of need as well as the order they are received by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
