An honorarium is a gift for services for which no fee has been set or agreed upon in advance. An honorarium is a "thank you" gift to a guest speaker, performer or other individual who, at no charge, provides a service to the university. It is a token payment; a tangible gesture of appreciation.

- Before submitting the ticket, please have the following information available:
- Name of the person being awarded an honorarium
- A completed W9
- Funding source
- Dollar amount
- Description of the services provided
- Dates of service
- Signature Authority
Availability
Requests may be submitted at anytime and will be worked and responded to during normal operating hours for UAA Shared Services.
UAA Shared Services normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, Alaska time.
