Spring/Summer Faculty On/Off Contract Process:
- Please pay careful attention to start and end dates, per the form's instructions.
- HR does not require appointment letters to be attached; the NextGen form serves as both the job form and contract letter for HR purposes. Universities have different requirements, so please follow the guidance for your university.
- Payroll will manually calculate and load the appropriate amount of FTO. FTO is no longer calculated by the form.
- Once the FTO has been loaded, faculty can review their leave balance in UAOnline.
