Please click on the link below to access the editable PDF time sheets for exempt and non-exempt employees. A time sheet may not be submitted for changes in labor only; contact your department's financial office for corrections.
Paper time sheets should only be submitted under these special circumstances:
- The time sheet was not submitted by the deadline.
- A faculty employee needs to claim FTO at the end of the fiscal year. A paper timesheet is required at this time because faculty leave banks are empty during the leave roll.
- Earnings on a timesheet need to be corrected retroactively.
